What is a Servant Leader?

Being a servant leader means putting the interests of others above your own. You’ve probably seen some variation of these words before, but ask yourself the following questions: Do you put others before yourself in the workplace, among your friends or in your school setting? If you’re afraid to do this, why? What is the cost to you?

7 Ways to Show Kindness to a Servant
  1. Snack Basket at your door for delivery people.
  2. Write a note to a teacher in the school district
  3. Bring snacks to fire house or police station
  4. Buy gift cards and hand out to local servants when you see them
  5. Say thank you!
  6. Volunteer and partner with service organizations
  7. Send a positive review to their boss about their service!
